The letter, signed by AIG (Operations-1) Saeed Tariqul Islam at the headquarters, said the intelligence review revealed that the so-called IS had taken the initiative to declare the so-called "Bengal Ulayat" ahead of the upcoming Eid-ul-Azha. "Bengal Ulayat" is usually declared through a major terrorist attack. In this situation, the members of the new JMB, the indigenous followers of IS, can carry out destructive activities, including carrying out attacks, including any militant attack or bombing. Therefore, all police units must take appropriate security measures with utmost caution. All unit heads should take these instructions seriously.
